At the Reynolds Mansion Bed and Breakfast, we are pleased to offer unique and luxurious Pennsylvania lodging accommodations near State College, PA.

Whether you are attending a game or special event at Penn State University or you want to visit some of the interesting attractions in Central Pennsylvania, the historic Bellefonte area is a wonderful destination for a Pennsylvania weekend getaway.

Before making reservations for your stay, be sure to look over the following policies, and don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

Inn Policies

Check-in: between 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.

Check-out: 11:00 a.m.

Deposits: For a one-night stay, the full amount will be charged to your credit card at the time you make your reservation. For two or more nights, a deposit equivalent to one-half of your stay is required at the time you make your reservation.

Minimum Stays: The minimum stay is two nights on the weekends (May through October); therefore, Friday and Saturday nights are reserved together. Last-minute, one-night Friday or Saturday night stays are often available, so give us a call. We may make exceptions to the policy for Thursday and Friday or Saturday and Sunday night stays at weekend rates. One-night stays are available Sunday through Thursday. Please call us for special pricing for extended stays.

Rates may be higher for special events*. A two-night minimum may also be required for special events*. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards.

Cancellations: Cancellations received more than 14 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund minus $25 processing fee. Cancellations made within 14 days may result in forfeiture of your deposit. If you need to cancel your stay, you must call the Reynolds Mansion (814) 353-8407 and speak with either Mike or Tricia. Email cancellations are not valid. A gift certificate for another stay may be issued in lieu of deposit forfeiture at the discretion of the management.

***Penn State Graduation Policy: Reservations for graduation will be taken at any time; however, deposits are not taken until January. Deposits are the equivalent to one-half of your stay.

***Penn State Football Policies: In March, notifications will be sent to those who requested football weekends. Deposits equivalent to one-half of the stay will be due by May 31st.

***Special event reservations require 30 days' notice of cancellation prior to the arrival date in order to avoid a forfeiture of deposit. These events include, but are not limited to, Blue/White Weekend, Commencement, Blue Chip Basketball, Arts Festival, Student Arrival, Parents Weekend, and Football weekends.

Additional Information

Additional person: $30 per night includes additional rollaway bed, breakfast, and other guest room amenities.

Children: For the privacy and relaxation of our adult guests, only children over the age of 12 are welcome.

Pets: Sorry, no pets.

Smoking: We are a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted in any of the rooms or common areas. Smoking is only permitted outside on either the front or side porch.

Due to the historic nature of our property, we are not handicapped accessible, and we do not have an elevator.
